Assuming that these are real, there are a few things we can conlude that Selen believed at the time:
Some Niji EN members asked her to leave the company because they thought she brought nothing good to the branch.
Any livers that appear require explicit permission, no matter how small their appearance. However, some livers refused to be in it.
Ex-livers are prohibited from showing up in any form.
The last two don't line up with the slack screenshots we got from the Elira statement:

The ex-liver part seems to be wrong, though she does note that other projects include ex-liver. It is possible that there is missing context here, or that Selen was simply mistaken about at least some part of it.
However, these do line up with the bullying allegation. Certainly, these would be seen as actions intended to harass and bully her.
