Job Description
We are looking for a person who is in charge of legal and general affairs in our corporate department.
The Legal Department will focus on the general and routine duties of a corporate legal staff member (depending on ability, may be involved in strategic and developmental work in cooperation with existing legal staff).
(Depending on your ability, you may also be asked to engage in strategic and developmental work in cooperation with existing legal staff.)
In addition, the General Affairs Department will mainly be asked to handle general back-office operations and internal control.

Contract drafting and review
Contract management
Legal consultation
Registration
Administrative work for general meetings of shareholders, etc.
Establishment and operation of corporate governance and compliance systems
Devising and implementing intellectual property strategies

Recruitment Requirements
Required Requirements
Minimum of 3 years working experience
Minimum PC skills (experience using word/Excel on the job)
Minimum PC skills (experience using word/excel on the job) ・Experience concentrating on studying for the bar exam, judicial scrivener exam, etc., or at least 2 years of legal experience at another company, and a level of legal knowledge that will allow you to handle routine legal work on your own after on-the-job training (legal license is not required).
