>>69184963Anon, you just proved the point (which I think was the intention).
I disagree that "for something like Monopoly or UNO you mostly will hear comments on the chemistry or general atmosphere", that's the exact thing I am saying to be exclusive of the collabs you are mentioning with their audience not remembering any specific moment.
I remember vividly the attempts the other girls were making to get Gura to part with her cards in one of the UNO collabs and Gura pretending to be dumb but NEVER DOING ANY DUMB TRADE, then Kiara getting progressively more agitated and accusing Gura of "preferring her to get bankrupt right now".
Here is a 200k THIRTY MINUTES LONG "clip" about it
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P1sW8myRKJUThat's how remarkable these things are, when they're really good people remember their favorite parts and usually there is some agreement between parts of the fandom, a collective memory of the parts that really made an impression.
As for another example, there is that other UNO collab where Gura batsu was having to talk in a Valley Girl accent.
Here is a clip of it, sitting on 648k
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G8N8UzrICpAThere is nothing particular in UNO, monopoly or TTRPG that makes people only remember
>wow, they had good chemistry>they had fun momentsWhen things are good people remember the specifics.
"Empty praise" only comes when it is not the thing in itself that is good, but the fact it happened and people throw empty praise to try to incentivize it to happen more.
