That and one proclaimed insider posting that considering Rosemi a clique bully is off. Now, having no backbone is a problem. Rosemi should understand she failed a morality check and should work on it. However, I doubt Rosemi or even Dizzy anticipated NijiEN could turn into this beast. So I don't blame Rosemi for not being able to summon so much grater strength to fight it in such a short amount of time. Tha's something someone like her achieves in an arc, not an episode.
And honestly, if Doki understands Rosemi and sees her positively, then Doki's likely not even mad at Rosemi fpr the retweet. It might have stung a little, but remember Doki knows who the bullies are. So she probably understands that Rosemi didn't volunteer but instead was pushed to do it. And again, that's its own problem, but I feel Doki and Rosemi will be able to hug it out in the end.
