Is uploading a music video without permission and encouraging your fans to re-upload it a termination-worthy offense?
This is the only point Nijisanji has a foot on, but it is extremely weak. It's such a petty reason to fire somebody (I'm working under the assumption that the reason stated for termination is the real reason). I'm not sure what other people think about this incident when considered narrowly, most of the attention is on the more important details. If this happened somewhere like Hololive and Gura/Pekora/whoever did it would/should she be fired?
