A few reasons why i don't think its Mysta:
-In dec of 22 when xsoleil debued Mysta was supposed to host an event, and the said event got canceled. If he was a part of management at the time, it would not have happened.
-if mysta was management, he would not be getting 2% merch share if we follow GUR
-Zaion document states that her and her manager duo argued about people using accounts from their past while playing genshin, if mysta was one of those managers, AND he was the person who was actively using his past genshin account. Him getting them (this was when the whole xsoleil went to back zaion up) to agree to look at games which allow past accounts on a per game basis, therefore ruling out genshin, but continuing to use it himself, the arguing wouldn't stop there,but apparently it did.
Now arguments for why vox would be a part of the management/clique (from this story at least, there are a lot of other ones):
-a long time genshin player (he would know zaion was a pioneer)
-considering his past, i wouldn't put it past him to use a nijisister while stringing her on, with himself and/or her wanting to join nijisanji. Ensuring that she will be a part of the clique upon joining management. They possibly wanted to slowly place people who listen to them into management positions, or, he just wanted to fuck, or both.
-in january of 23 he (with the rest of luxiem though, so this counts for Mysta too), went to japan, and he confirmed they met tatzumi and jp management. This could be a nothingburger... or, the time where the clique gained a jp insider manager. Very schizo teritory with this argument.
-just before Zaions termination, Vox "ranodmly" went to "America" where he did "nothing" but drink and "can't talk about much from the trip". He could have possibly met up with Elira. Also very schizo.
-Zaions pre termination suspention started just after Niji canceled the concert, its quite possible Vox (this works for mysta too though) just wanted to vent on someone, and who better than the black sheep of the group that his lackey manages
-His charity stream for SAVE was the same day as the termination. He either felt bad for what he did, or he wanted to rub it in.
What does this explain:
If this is even remotely true, it explains why Vox appeared in the Elira video.
Why Vox is scared of the voice recording, Vox says it happened around concert cancelation time. And he doesn't remember what is in it, so if he assumed the worst it could be anything from stuff related to Zaion, to something referencing he was managing Xsoleil. Or something that wasn't even revealed yet.
It would also explain why he in particular talks about Selens past clashes with management, also why Selen would talk to him first about thoughts to graduate.
What it doesn't explain:
why the fuck was Ike in that video, i have been schizoing hard but i can't figure it out
probably more stuff but im tired from schizoing to think of it
