>>69252602(me)I've finished reading it, and it's really no better than a poorly constructed rrat.
I was going to write a response to everything that I could respond to but it's way too much. I doubt any sisters will read this but I'll post my thoughts anyways.
>Supporting the remaining livers is equated to either (a) supporting people who bullied Selen, (b) supporting an evil company – can’t separate the liver from the corpo, or (c) actually harming said livers, who are also victims trapped in an ‘abusive relationship’ with the company.First of all, the people who bullied Selen are still unknown. It's playing russian roulette with your support. What if you continue as normal and it comes out even the most unexpected of them actually bullied? Second, you cannot separate the liver from the corpo. If you give them views, likes, money, the corpo can take credit for that. The livers aren't the sole owners of their IP. You say they're victims trapped in an abusive relationship with the company, and yet in the next statement you not only say they're adults who signed a contract, but then also quote Luca because he was sad people shit talked the company he worked for.
>Clearly, there are many more restrictions on corporate livers than independent vtubers, thus being in such a company is not for everyone.Yeah no shit sherlock, this isn't some massive revelation. You mentioned how actions reflected on the company and other livers, shouldn't you be upset at the three who made the statement? Their actions created more of an issue for many who weren't even involved.
>Notably, many criticisms directed towards NIJISANJI are symptomatic of how other major Japanese vtubing corporations function, such as Hololive. So then you link to "evidence" that is some holo streamers saying that they pay for things, while ignoring the fact that the video will be monetized and will not be taken down within hours and helps their career in the long run. It's called an investment. While I'm sure most vtubers are creative and want to have fun, they aren't saints who are doing it out of the goodness of their hearts. If we're talking hololive, Mori made music which I'm sure she took a loss on, but is now signed with a major record label, but you'll probably ignore that one as well.
>Other EN livers who got as much as they could from being in NIJISANJI, or wanted to pursue less restrictive creative avenues, chose to end their contracts and graduate amicably – for example, Nina Kosaka, Mysta Rias, Pomu Rainpuff and Kyo Kaneko.I love how this is your "gotcha" while ignoring each one had some pretty interesting issues. Nina, mentioned how she was excluded from a group chat or discord for a long time and how she didn't feel good about that. Mysta after Nijisanji mentioned he was struggling with taxes, if they're all such great friends, why did he "outsource" asking questions to another vtuber rather than the ones around him who are more than likely dealing with the same things? Pomu cried and mentioned a project she wanted to do being rejected, yes you can say that's due to the restrictions in place, but I'm not sure what she had in mind. Kyo, I don't know too much about him overall so I'll abstain from commenting there.
>Zaion LanZa is often used as a ‘gotcha’ when it comes to NIJISANJI, without taking into account the detailed statement of Activity Rule-breaking, within the short couple of months she was active, published upon her termination.Zaion might not have been a fit for corpo vtubing, but I also love how you willfully ignore other members who broke similar rules and are still in. A list of Zaion's warcrimes doesn't mean it was justified, especially since you're ignoring her side of the story.
I can understand why you might want to believe the livers are totally uninvolved, but there is a ton of excuses for the company here. You're once again ignoring crucial information, like the fact Nijisanji decided to do these things and made it worse. Even if Selen is really a BPD schizo bitch as you claim, Nijisanji and their livers have not done anything to help their situation. Do you really think Hololive would send their talents to smear a past talent? Have they made statements about HoloCN calling out Artia for what she did? They didn't because it's extremely unprofessional.
