>>69355928>At the very best EN branch gets dissolved.Riku literally can't dissolve it or fold it into the main branch. The stock was sold on promises of foreign expansion into non-JP markets. If EN gets folded into JP or dissolved, Riku is admitting there is no foreign expansion possible, and the stock will dive harder than it is right now.
It's important to understand that the dip we've seen is investors getting APPREHENSIVE, not full-blown doomselling. Most of the major shareholders would have shaved down their shares, but likely not gotten rid of all (or even most) of them. If Riku makes a move to get rid of EN instead of fixing it, that will change, and not in a way that benefits Anycolor. Keep in mind that I'm also glossing over various Investors' Rights issues that would allow them to drag Anycolor to court and shake down Riku for all of his lunch money.
Riku has to, at bare minimum, make it look like shit is being fixed to investors. And he only has until March 14th (the next AC earnings call) to have something tangible he can show them. To this end, I think it is likely NijiEN will make an announcement in the last week of February. This way, they'll have enough time to put out any fires the announcement makes (or at least prepare for questions they'll get related to it), while offering them one last ditch effort to redeem themselves publicly enough to get investors to stop asking if EN expansion is dead.
>What would NijiEN announce? That's a good question. Logically speaking, a termination right now would look REALLY bad, as would confirming the GURRAT or anything large-scale like that. There is no way they can announce a suspension right now, as it will make it obvious that Niji suspects any suspended talents of wrongdoing. The best move would be to announce a new branch manager, preferably somebody with a name that they can put out in the public, similar to have Holo has Dimitri Jap. However, the job listing for that position isn't even a week old, has a lot of requirements, and almost definitely is not going to offer a competitive compensation package, so the odds that they get anybody competent willing to walk out onto the firing range in the next 2 weeks is INFINTESIMALLY small and would be "suspiciously miraculous" at best.
