They actually mention that. They want it to be a good work environment for the managers so you're not required to reply during other time zones' hours unless there's some big event going on. But considering all the tasks in the job description there's no way they don't do tons of overtime.

I think the ideal candidate for this is probably an early 20s from western europe (possibly UK) based on required competencies and timezones overlap. Though I think the pay is too shit especially after the currency collapse to entice anyone there. Definitely not good enough for Americans or Canadians
