I was a fan of Erina from Phase Connect, yet when people made a joke about bad pickup lines, she says "damn, with all these pickup lines, surely you guys have girlfriends or something, right?". It was a weird response and it became awkward after that as she was laughing.
It wasn't even a funny comeback and felt like she secretly viewed her audience as worthless losers to laugh it, It was insulting when you do this crap, she should know the vtuber world, a lot of people are single and escape from bad stuff around them.
