Kiara has admitted this herself, she's said that being emotional rather than being a "robot without feelings" is who she is. She wears her heart on her sleeve and this is part of the reason why she has such a strong relationship with her fanbase.
When talking about "her being fake", I'm not talking about moments where it's obvious that she plays up her reactions for entertainment (e.g. during games). But I feel there is an unspoken agreement that Kiara gets real with us during superchat readings and during low-energy streams with under 3k viewers. I trust her to be herself then.

The voice of her character is a product of her mixer settings. Gremlin voice and chicken voice is the same when you look at the peaks. Its just not that big of a problem for Ame since she talks naturally more quiet than Kiara.

I'm so sick and tired since I was in /jp/ back in early december when some people started pointing out how bad her voice sounds with the new mixer. But people went like "oh wait she will figure it out" "its only the first few months she will improve" "she will move soon back to her country and then she might change settings". So, Skyward Sword is pushed back a day because she needs to finish an important video and the files got messed up. Member's stream still happening, Skyward Sword prechat just got closed.
I don't think the movie is gonna be very uplifting but I haven't seen it, hopefully being with members will cheer her up.

Yeah, I get it and maybe feel this ways mostly because it's on netflix in the US so it's not an investment at all for me.

I'm guessing it was, the MV creator Yuna used the credited dance choreo to draw the key frames but took artistic liberties where needed.
I wouldn't conflate this with the 3D model, since it's very time consuming and each offers a different appeal.
