So any time a subgroup gets big enough to have its own general, they try to split. Also, since Phase is filled with old Tsunderia members, plus Clara, their rm’s generals (/tsunx/ and /lig/) generally let the fans stay and talk about their new Phase oshi because plenty of them don’t want to move to /pcg/.
It’s just a critical mass of factors that causes Phase to show up in a bunch of generals and for all of them to just be popular enough to not die. All because we don’t want to be stuck around Pippa’s fans.
