This includes terminating the bully group, complete management overhaul from the ground up and actual visible commitments to support their Livers, event and 3D support, etc. Also, probably a public apology to Selen and Zaion and maybe even offering them ownership of their old models as a way to smooth things over.
Even if Riku didn't make these changes, I am convinced he is about to bail, and I feel a new owner could still make these changes and rebrand the company.
After seeing the Q3 results, I no longer believe anything can be done, even with the best management and most sincere efforts in the world. NijiEN was ALREADY crashing in Q3, and that is before we even saw the impact of Selen and Pomu both leaving. Their Q4 results are already essentially cooked. We could be looking at a 50% to 75% revenue crash for Niji EN in Q4. Niji EN simply cannot recover from such a disaster - the branch will be starting from zero or close to zero, and they will be weighed down with "black company" reputational millstone, on top of most of EN's remaining top vTubers being implicated in the bullying or other terrible behavior, on top of an absolutely psychotic female fanbase making it very difficult for any reboot to appeal to males.
How do you fix this? The answer is you don't. And they know it, because EN was invisible in the Q3 report. Niji EN is going to be either folded into JP or just wound down entirely, it's just a question of when they decide to do it at this point.
