Is Sutogura even a fucking RP server at this point?
Literally everyone is walking around with assault rifles on their backs and riding supercars and personal helicopters around.
No RP at all besides maybe a slightly different voice, and the vast majority just self insert.
It's basically just a GTAO server now; no different from shit like VCR
