What it sounds like, because every two seconds she says "I don't really talk to this person" is the bulk of these of acquaintances. Sone people give gifts to lots of people, even people they'd not talk with for months afterward.
You'll note this for a lot of vtubers, thousands of "friends" but have an unholy time just finding people to chill with for things. The entertainment industry is a ton of superficial acquaintances.
