Basically the entire reasoning is that since you have to be giga autistic and do everything yourself in C++
which gives a lot of versatility but is tedious for most things, which is why it's not as popular as Python that automates tedious shit that you don't have to do. which puts your software at a greater risk of being exploited due to human error.
So all in all - it's not that the language is bad, it's that people using it are more likely to fuck up because of how thorough you have to be.
