It's not against her contract to dox her - it is likely against her contract to use her statements on PL or performances from PL to imply Hololive is associated with things it is not. If I said "Mori made a really good song with Fake Type," she would get in trouble, but if I said "[not Mori] made a really good song with Fake Type," it would not.
