There are no more than 5 mentions of this promotion between April 4th (the announcement of NUO) and Jul 31st (A week after NUO)

In summary, Mori herself has never once said anything regarding any form of promotion from apprentice to full grim reaper. The only thing people from the promotion have to hold on to is that her bio changed to say "The Grim Reaper" (keeping in mind just a week earlier her bio said "Rapper/Reaper/Streamer!"). This is the only official thing that suggests there could have been a promotion. Mori Calliope herself has never once mentioned anything that could be mistaken as her suggesting she got a promotion. Before you type >using /hlgg/ posts as proof, just remember the only reason I have to do this is because nowhere else on the internet is insane enough to make up a promotion storyline because of a twitter bio change.
