Sana was not just a "design" - she was a nepotism hire. In that sense alone, she was already destined for either great success or great failure. She joined Hololive thinking that it would be easy, without much knowledge of streaming prior, and knowledge of her own mental health situation. The fact that she got a free "in" through Ina made it so that she had a lot more leeway getting into the company relative to many other people.
That being said, it's unfair to compare her to Aloe at least. She was genuinely funny, genuinely entertaining, a fun person to have in collabs and to watch stream. She lost a lot of her early spark very fast, but that's simply because she couldn't handle the overbearing nature of the company itself. I think acknowledging her existence every now and then isn't awful. She's closer to Rushia or Coco in that sense.
I can understand wanting to let sleeping dogs lie, though. Just know that that means you can't ever bring up Coco again.
