And guess what, gen 1s daisenpai also has a circle of friends all getting in who will back her up on this anyway so she gets to be the clique leader and hr lady.
Thats whats wrong with the management rrat. She isn't management, she cant control lazy management and resources but might have a decent voice there to convince them its 'the will of the livers' but that wont make them do their fucking jobs properly, shes the hr lady you need to suck up to.
