So if he crashes the stock to pennies in 2024, have him and his friends buy it at bargain bin price from the other investors, then invest in JP (as they've stated) and new EN branch(fold and restart) for 2025-2026, he can resell the buybacked stocks at much better prices later down the line.
But that's a very risky strategy and as I said - absolutely conspiratorial.
