It's always a large humanoid vtuber being watched exclusively by tiny animals or blobs. In universe do the fans develop around the giant humanoid or does the vtuber actually pop out the little guys like some kind of children?

Or is the Vtuber themselves just a tiny "mascot" that somehow underwent a transformation from the base form/species?
