That puts a lot of these posts into a far more sinister context... especially with all the holo oshimarks and pfps.
'we' understand that these aren't fans but that might not be the case for casuals.
I guess on twitter and youtube you can try and fool some of them into checking the homos out, but yeah none of them stay so it doesn't really work.
This also explains why complete randos have the "incel" impression of holo audience, despite all the positive stuff they've done. Twitch is tainted by VShojo and they hate Hololive. So that audience will always have that image. Same for homofags who are far more active on twitter.
An interesting corollary is that every single homo post on reddit will have someone in the comments going "why all the downvotes?"
I'm guessing this is there because they want to "explain" how much holofans are incels, weirdos, parasocial etc. to vilify and shame the hololive fan.

So that's the logic.
They think that by doing the two at the same time, holostars will eventually become the "preferred" thing to watch for casuals instead of Hololive.
This also explains all their "okbh is better for the homos" thing, because they want casuals to gather in places that are homo friendly and outnumber the holofans so that they can take over the hobby.
