So she tells a story where she and a friend were on their way home, they stopped by the bathroom and Pekora left first, as her friend came out Pekora splashed her with some water she had brought with her when she washed her hands.
Friend obviously got angry and Pekora was desperately apologizing the whole way back. The finer details I can't really remember right now but I think it ended up being a nice memory for them after the initial shit.
The funny/scary part is Pekora's slightly psycho reason for doing it, she did it because she was curious how her friend would react...
