When I said this isn't how things are done in hololive. I stand by that. Exclusive concerts without streaming options locked away to con guests are extremely rare. I was not talking about panels, which usually aren't streamed, but people who record them usually aren't kicked out either.
The chinks were purposefully draconian and shitty about how they handled this and they explicitly threatened to throw anyone out who recorded it or even took a simple picture.
I've been watching hololive for 4.5 years and you're a lying slant faggot if you think you can try and gaslight anyone into thinking this shit was normal.

As a Hoshiyomi, just gotta say to prepare yourselves. Its most likely never getting better, at least in terms of streaming. They will achieve more and do bigger things but this is probably the new normal. You can say it's just for 3D but after 3D is summer and then 1 year anniversary and then after that will be other things that pop up that they want to do. Yes they will feel more distant but that's because they rise higher and higher. Thats the idol journey. Each fan needs to determine themselves if they are okay with that or to cut their losses now.

FuwaMoco said that they live and die by their schedules which means they want to still have one, but can't for the upcoming week because of circumstances outside their control.

Not an excuse. Holos like Pekora, Miko, and Koyori do all that and still stream nearly every fucking day.
Suisei is extremely ungrateful and always has been. She does weird shit like going out of her way to make sure hoshiyomi will never have a form or representative character. She said she did that because she doesn't want you thinking you're important to her. Suisei has one of the lowest streaming hours in the entire company. It was somewhere around 130 hours last year. But she had plenty of time to game off-stream with Johnny's idols.
I wouldn't base expectations of anyone over the way Suisei treats her fans. Sorry.

First of all wrong, Suisei likes streaming, if it were just a stepping stone, shed drop it entirely but she has consistently said she wants to make an effort to stream still. Secondly we do know FWMCs goals and these past few months have made it pretty clear they are willing to sacrifice streams for them.

Yeah. We heard their fluffy and fuzzy voices, had a cute chat, and we know that they're okay and getting better even if they have to work hard for a bit. We know they're well enough to do their training, hang out with Advent and do a bunch of cute stuff together.
This is just the quiet time before things really kick off. We've got 3D coming up soon, then the anniversary, and then it's back into regular streaming but with 3D available and all the extra events they can participate in because of it. Future is bright.

Worst case scenario they'll just go the JP way and announce streams on the day they do them. There is a reason schedules aren't used much by the big members, they need to keep things flexible. They go in, do some recording then set a frame up for when they get home. Honestly it's a better way of doing things than setting up schedules a week in advance since it lets them do what they feel like doing each day. New Holocure update drops? Now you can play it the day its released instead of waiting an entire week so it can be on a new schedule

I'm somewhat split. I'm not gachikoi. I like them as streamers first and idols second.
Wish #1 for me in terms of Fuwamoco is that they're able to achieve their goals and dreams, whatever those are.
Wish #2 is that I don't lose a connection with them as a fan, whether that is going to their 'idol' events or seeing their streams. I'd have a hard time finding them inspirational idols if it's consistently only vague knowledge that they're working hard on a vague 'something'
Wish #3, which goes below the other wishes, is that they're able to stream. I personally enjoy their streams above all else, so much that I'd rather have a week's worth of streams than going to one event to see them live.
But those are my wishes in my priority order. If their dream is to do more events, I'll support them. If I grow more distant over time, so be it. I'll be happy for them, even if I feel distant and not able to really cheer them on the ways I'd like to. My selfish-ideal path is that they one day determine they like streaming more than homework and prioritize that apart from extra big events. That's all but a selfish wish though. I would never try to push my viewpoints on them.

Ina used to always overwork herself with 6/7 streams + drawing stuff behind the scenes for cover/her own merch + 3D prep + "priestess duties".
After she took her long break (which really fucked me up) seeing her return to a better schedule, occasionally taking smaller breaks to recover and not work until the burnout, is amazing. She is a lot happier and cuter than before. I hope your oshis can also find their rythm, because hearing Moco-chans fucked voice in the last FWMC morning really reminded me of the past.

It can lead to good tangents sometimes, but most of the time it's them replying to the same couple of different messages like "I missed you. Glad you're back. I love you baubau!" Over and over and over again. I think having more than half of every stream be superchat readings is a bit excessive. Today was 1 hour of them talking to us normally and then 1.5 hours of superchat readings.
I will always be grateful for spending more time with them, but I wish it was more balanced. That's all.

Things are unironically over, I'm pretty depressed about it but I won't tell them. We're now in the stage where they will never have time for us like they used to. Fwmc morning came back for a few weeks, now back on indefinite hiatus likely silently canceled. They are already telling us it's going to get worse through August, which considering g their track record is overly optimistic. We won't get a schedule until 2025 at best, if ever.

It genuinely is still too early to judge. We always knew moving to Japan was going to keep them from streaming normally for a significant amount of time, and now they're right in the middle of what is the second busiest time for homework in most Holos' entire careers behind prep for sololives, even Fes prep isn't this busy. And the only reason we haven't had more streams in Moco-chan getting sick and then Fuwawa pushing herself too much to the point where they both need to rest and focus on the homework. Moving would have caused disruption no matter when they chose to do it, and the current homework arc would've happened regardless of whether they moved to Japan or not. That doesn't mean either was a mistake. In their own words, they're setting themselves up not for the next couple of weeks or even months but the next year, two years, five years with us.

That's not to say there won't be homework, there'll always be homework. But they will rarely, if ever, be this busy again. They managed a great streaming schedule before the move even with all their homework and I'm confident they will again once things settle down a bit and they get better.

Even if you don't, what's the issue? It's not like you have to wait five years on faith to see if things get better, they'll get better soon enough. I think a lot of people lose perspective in that they haven't even hit their one year anniversary yet; a sacrifice of a month or two of regular streaming (even if things don't go to plan, like now) isn't much relative to what it will allow them to do in the future. A year from now, with all the amazing events that will have happened, this brief moment will feel like almost nothing.

i think you misunderstood my initial post then, maybe my fault with my writing?
theres nothing wrong with encouraging messages, thats not what i was talking about -- they always receive encouraging messages from ruffians and i don't think that will ever stop, maybe i wasn't clear but when they go "we hope you can protect our smile" to me it made me wonder "what more can we do?" because like you said, ruffians give them encouraging messages every day - i personally don't do that everyday but i know theres a lot who do. in general ruffians do a lot to try and make them feel loved

Maybe, but I highly doubt they mean 'too busy to stream normally'. The "X is already over/almost over" they've used almost right from the start, including about February, January, December and their debut month. Even if they're busy prepping for anniversary 3D lives (which is a stretch) I don't think it will keep them busy for a whole month extra.
