>>76735491I think they moved to /d/ pretty much right away when it happened and just stayed there right?
There doesn't seem to be any desire to come back whenever I check it, beyond a few that want only ringo juice anyway.
For them it might be a better home than /vt/ anyway, I think part of the reason they voted to go there instead of /trash/ is to avoid needing to bump threads as much despite it being even less restrictive on what they can post directly.
It's not as glacial as /h/ which takes like 4 days to reach page 10 and then 2-3 more to actually die, but it's still over 24 hours on /d/ to just reach page 10.
By comparison I can see the appeal of not needing to check on the thread every 40 minutes like here.
Just earlier I had a moment after realizing I forgot to check the thread, seeing we were on page 10, failing my first captcha on my phone, and then getting hung up for a while waiting to get my next one.
>>76736968 The next post was 13 and a half minutes later which might have still been soon enough for the thread to not die if I just completely forgot, but I can't imagine /ringo/ would be excited about needing to deal with this again rather than just checking in once a day or two.
How often the thread needs to be bumped is part of why I believe there's a weird split for normal stuff between the horni thread here, vtuber slut posting on /trash/, and the vtuber thread on /h/ beyond just wanting to be on /vt/ and the specific content each thread prefers, the /h/ thread also just want really slow threads.
