Selen mentioned many, many times that schedules need to be approved by management as far back as 2021. It's the main reason why some organs give up and stop releasing them. You can't release a schedule in advance unless everything is ran by management. It's also why Selen's schedules were often late. They wouldn't be approved until several days in because she'd be ghosted or blueballed and have to throw Apex into the slots that got rugpulled as filler.
...And yet both Selen's video AND its aftertalk were allowed to go on the schedule?
