For you it may be too early but I am sure the new girls probably couldn´t be more eager to officially join Holo and (maybe) their oshis (remember, not only you are a fan of the older talents).
Additionally, you phrase it like the old gens are some sort of a short term limited gatcha thing. Enjoy them for a while when they are new and then immediately jump onto the next new one when you become bored by the lack on novelty.
Find your oshi and be happy. Don´r deny others the same opportunity, just because you feel you haven´t got your moneys worth yet.
