Whoever was in charge of setting up the accounts decided to be a lazy POS and didn't actually properly verify it for streaming in time, since there is a 24hr delay between verification and when you can stream, so when she logged in to get ready she found out she was locked out of streaming.
I suspect it's the same manager she's been stuck with since then who basically ghosts her and never promotes any of her stuff and gets away with it since she's not assertive.
