If Super Smash Brothers - a grassroots esports with basically negative dev support - can get consistently watchable streams for majors and even regionals dating back for the better part of a decade, I think conventions can probably stand to do a little better than they've been doing. If they make their panels actually watchable (such as by including streamers that know what they're doing) it could even become a secondary sustainable revenue source for them.

She even talked about Kiara twice in her Ironmouse collab.
She just peppers these moments in every now and then so it doesn't get clipped that often. Meanwhile Kaira is a lot more explosive like when she started crying while playing Ryza.
But Mori cares about Kiara a whole lot and always has.

It's a handful of shizos who really hate her for whatever reason so they create a bunch of threads and samefag endlessly.
You can see the board exploding whenever their bans run out.
They regularely get bullied out of /hlgg/ which is why they infest every thread besides that whenever they see the chance.

Kiara started off rough but anyone who actually watches streams appreciates her grind and how much she has grown.

There are a couple of equally stupid reason, but I believe the bulk of the hate on /vt/ and /jp started because of someone we call orcshizo. See, she thought she was going to get into HoloEN, but then Kiara did instead. In revenge, she basically would singlehandedly flood boards with complete lies. She later admitted all of this and sort of apologized, saying she would leave it behind, but there were several other people who latched onto this hate, namely, the doxcord. I don't remember why, but one of the admins fucking despise her.

Kiara talks less Japanese now and JPs are always hyper conscious about interrupting the stream. I don't think they show up much in any EN chat.
Her streaming time is also worse for JP now - although most of the holos have a terrible sleep schedule as well.

Kinda. I really liked her design right off the bat since I was super in Steins gate. Her voice at first was a roadblock but stuck around and slowly fell for her.

I was going through some really terrible shit during EN's debut and although I wish things would have been different I'm kinda glad I stuck around. Absolutely love her and Ina and are the only chuubas who I actively make time to watch streams and not just give some clipper some views.

She doesn't have to play Apex or Minecraft for the stream to be interesting. In fact her Minecraft streams lately have been dull since that game is so overplayed.
There are literally dozens of RPGs that she would actually enjoy that aren't a complete snoozefest but she somehow always manages to find the worst ones.
ANY Final Fantasy game would've been better (yes even 13 and 15), ANY other Zelda game would've been better (yes even Zelda 2), and most western RPGs would've also been a lot more entertaining to watch (although not ANY in this case)

The only way I ever watch anything with Mori in it is when Kiara's in it. I don't hate her or anything but Mori's just not that fun to me. I've been wanting the ship to be over for a while, and if anything the BIY made me more confident about that. The fact that Mori even becomes a topic here just because she collabed with literally anybody annoys me. It's not dead, but dear god do I wish it was.
But either way, it feels like Kiara just hasn't really been the one bringing it up lately. My hypothesis is that she too doesn't have the investment in it that she used to, but she has so many fans and fanartists that like the ship that she won't end it.

For real though, the Milky collab was nice and it helps they were both already friends and that they're both really dorky. I think Nenechi matches Kiara's dorkiness and kind heart. Biggest reason why Mori and Milky felt more SOULFUL is because they were old friends doing english songs that hold a special place in a lot of peoples hearts.

As great as O'riends is it's not really on the same level because they still know each other through Hololive and only as co-workers.
Ultimately though Kiara doesn't have her own Milky, which is a shame since that would've been great to see. To be fair the other HoloENs don't seem to either (except maybe Ame but we don't know how close she is to them), so Mori is unique in that respect.

Personally I think their chemistry is just as strong but MoriMilk definitely feels closer considering that it was probably Milk who not only changed Mori's mind on vtubers and idol culture for the better, but probably encouraged her to apply to hololive.

It's crazy to think that Reine has been out since December and we still haven't really gotten a Holotori focused collab. The only time I recall them all being in the same place at once was the Festival, and Kiara was hanging out with EN at the time.

For Subaru it helps that she is a big westaboo so even outside of streaming she is probably surrounded by more proper English than most Japanese people (because their "decorative English" doesn't really help learning the language).

Yeah, it's honestly shocking that we had a random Ollie, Mori, Coco collab as a three person tri-branch collab before HoloTori.
Although Coco's circumstances probably made sure that everyone made time for her no matter what.
Meanwhile Kiara/Subaru, Kiara/Reine and Subaru/Reine all have great synergy in 1-on-1 collabs but the Holotori has not yet happened.
