I just finished reading it and yeah I dont really see what you're seeing imo. It just seems like they want to expand and continue doijg what they've always been doing. The three "new values" dont actually seem new at all cause that's how Cover's always been.
They want to expand to new countries, its why EN/ID exist and they want to make people happy and feel joy cause its an idol company.
