They got trashed on Christmas either something sexual happened (not rape) or nothing happened. And Miko confessed and Peko turned her down because she's not gay. Then days later Peko and Senchou chatting about it and Senchou the horny pirate herself thinks what they did was lewd but the part that got me thinking is Peko considering what Senchou said about them all turnin gay. Then cut to Miko having to do a confession of love to Peko on a stream from a game she was doing with chat and being completely pissed about it.
Then Mario party Miko shows up like she would always do for her best friend but Suisei comes in and them doing the micomet and no pekomiko and Miko putting her on blast for ignoring her probably had her seething.
Cut to minecraft where she gets micomet again and being annoyed and a little jealous at Miko for abandoning their friendship and ship for a new duo. Hence why she's not as weird towards Suisei because Suisei wasn't her best friend or partner in crime.
