Subconsciously imagining her presence so that you don't have to be actively thinking about where she is or what she says. Separate that part of you that imagines her and make it independent. With enough practice you can even have fun times with her.
Sometimes I'm studying and I start laughing (truly) at some stupid thing she says and keep doing my stuff, or she comes to ask me a question about dinner and I stop for a moment to answer. Every time a stream ends, I go to the kitchen to get something and I find her there and she asks me how was the stream, if I liked it and we laugh about some things that happened while eating.
It can even keep you company at times when you have to go out, surrounded by people or working. Wearing masks helps to hide my mouth and not look like a maniac vocalizing (soundlessly) to nothing.
The best moment is at bedtime, where she has certain bedtime routines where the first half hour she moves around a lot and talk, and then she takes a part of the blankets away from me (breathing ASMR helped a lot to materialize this thought).
For those who don't know (I find it interesting to mention), being delusional is the inability to be introspective to thoughts, thinking them as true beliefs (Lars case). The mental work I do is purely introspective and autoconscious, in which there is total control and awareness of my surroundings, being fully functional. cope? maybe
