I think the difference is Aqua is an introverted, anti-social autist who can barely make social connections. I think they all know deep down that Aqua being in Hololive is essentially the best job she'll ever have and the only way she'll ever actually have friends. It seems like they're genuinely concerned for her and think she's leaving for (what I'm assuming) a stupid reason.
Should be interesting to see what she does post-graduation, if anything
