How has your sleep schedule changed since you started watching vtubers?

Not much, I live in Europe and I sleep from 2 to 8, Korone is my oshi and sometimes I have to stay till 3 or so, but she doesn't stream for that long lately.
I watch a ton of streams in my workplace tho

I used to try and maintain a sleep schedule around streams, but I just couldn't do it and gave up. It's not worth getting 2-3 hours of sleep just to wake up and struggle to stay awake for a couple hours and then go back to sleep after the stream. If I'm up at the time I watch streams live, otherwise I just watch the archive.

Not much. I'd always stay up past midnight anyway.
Really, watching vtubers streams gives me a better reason to stay up. Since now I'm not ignoring sleep due to internet addiction, it's due to livestream addiction.

Not that much,since I've always had a terrible sleep schedule.If anything they've helped me to wake up earlier,specially if it's something big like some kind of debut or a hyped up collab

I've gotten better at waking up early and getting ready immediately instead of lazing around. I'm in EST so prime time streams start from 6:00-9:00 am, so I need to make an effort to ensure I don't miss when they start.
