Who fought for the kingdom so valiantly
A love he had found
No past or background
A lover shone bright like a pearl
'twas love at first sight
A diamond and pearl
Stalwart was he, and beautiful was she
A stone he did give, and her hand he did take
In a marriage and love so pure
Valiantly, did Ser Gonathan fight
For his keep he did earn, to pay for his wife
To live in luxury
And so did this mark, a glorious start
To their grandiose tale of love
But lo did there come, a knight of the sea
To spirit away his love wistfully
With promises of answers, and pleas for her help
His pearl she did now depart
But in her love he did trust
And so did she embark, to the sewers infested with Stain
And within she did find, all that she had sought
And herself she had found and forgot

That knight among knights
Did find her upon her return
Her memories regained, but herself she had lost
Returned to the life she had lead
With a heart sunk like a stone
He'd introduce once again
Himself, to a love that was lost
From afar he would watch, though interfere he would not
Their love he'd let go peacefully
But then tragedy struck
For a memory remained
So faint of a diamond she'd held
Now stones did she hoard, and their voices she heard
Whispering of all that had been
His journal she found, his tale she did read
And her heart it did move, and her soul did it weep
For a tale of a love that had been
But the kingdom did call
For the Stain had arrived
And princess had become a slave
For her mind was enslaved, with thoughts of decay
Her heart bereft of all love
And Ser Gonathan G
Did fight valiantly
To buy the time that he could
And for his love did he fight, to protect and defend
A place he had once held so dear
But the princess was saved
By a sister so brave, who brought her home once again
And to his love did he go
But she was lead astray, by a daemon so foul
With whispers of memories found
But Ser Gonathan G, his love he would save
For his pride did he quash, and his love he'd declare
And plant a seed of romance
His battles she'd watch
And his actions she'd judge
Her heart set aflutter again
For love is a matter
Not of mind or mem'ry
But of soul and the ties that do bind
And so Ser Gonathan G
A knight among knights
Set out once again to win once again his dear wife
And save a kingdom betrayed
But the kingdom would fall, and the world find its doom
With the knights sent off once again
But a moment they'd find
To promise their love, to the ends of this world and the next
And so ends the tale, of Ser Gonathan G
