Relationships have ups and down and could heavily affect your streamer job too. I've talked with (irl) streamers about how it's hard to find someone who can be fine with the very chaotic and busy schedule of streaming and how it even easily lead to break up.
Not everyone desperately feels the need to be in a relationship really, focusing on your career for like 2 years before making time for a special one really isn't that unthinkable. I've seen many girls do that with their studies for example, not committing to a relationship not stay focused and get their diploma, and then caring about it.
Similary most korean esport players are single, they just don't wanna affect their job with something that they can still do later.
So yeah, some have, but expecting them all to be in relationship is even more delusional than the opposite. It's just not practical.
