She can draw and rig herself, I am pretty sure that she did rig her model herself.
An incredible singer, capable of very deep voice, wide range.
Primarily plays on PC but she played some RPG on consoles too.
Great sense of humor: not degenerate, but not prude-boring either.
Plays autism such as Rimworld, LOL and stardew valley.
Good balance between noticing paypigs but not alienating rest of the chat, was dedicated to reading chat enough to read dumps of it after stream when she couldn't keep track of it for one reason or the other (good fucking luck with thousands of NijiEN viewers).
Was poor before becoming chuuba (and not much richer after), couldn't afford good new mattress, SSD or microwave, which became a meme.
Had two dedicated paypigs that dropped her several akasupas per stream and bunch of smaller ones.

For fucks sake can everyone stop it with the Hana rrats. This is gonna be Ceres 2.0. She also said she knew when she wanted to graduate but didnt know what date to pick so even though she announced it on 7/24 stuff behind the scenes had been brewing for weeks(most likely talks between her and management and negotiating a way out of her contract, these talks take days and is possible she wanted out of Kawaii even before 7/11). Also it takes Niji much longer than a couple weeks to finalize a talent for an avatar. She would have also had to put an audition in for Niji with being less than 2months into an active contract with Kawaii. The timeline just doesnt add up. Just let Hana and the flans RIP and stop dragging her corpse through a field of hopium.

There are APEX collabs with indies and Nijis every day and occasional collab with a small indie like Polka x Polka etc.

I get a feeling it's not Cover being anal but more a question of personal preference: freedom-loving chuubas go to Nijis with already existing networking meaning they already have people they wanna collab in mind.

Hololive mostly recruits 3DPD streamers or, in rare cases, small indies that might not have had any VTuber friends prior to employment with Cover so any networking for potential collabs outside of company they have to do WHILE working for Cover.

Did you read my post? The only formerly indie vtuber in HoloEN had good reasons to cut all ties to past persona and ghost fanbase. Others simply knew no VTubers to collab with.

And western indie VTubing is a minefield. Where do you even find a western indie chuuba to collab with that wouldn't violate Hololive idol image? And I mean to say that idol image is good, average western vtuber bad.

holoen attracts people who want a jumpstart/security

as a result nijisanji is obviously going to attract more eccentric types, although they're also more polarizing so they tend to have less broad appeal (basically the opposite of hololive's hiring strategy of trying to balance skill with mass appeal).

I want to specify that I personally prefer nijisanji but don't have anything against hololive so this isn't dismissed as me shitting on them when I'm just trying to explain my perspective on things.

I'm taking some hopium here but I want Tsunderia x HoloCouncil connection through Miori snd Baelz, and Ririsya finally interacting with Holos through Baelz again. I'm withholding my judgement until later time. Maybe EN2 would collab with smaller vtubers more because most of them were one themselves.

Also: who would collab with small chuubas among EN1? Gura and Ame are fucking autistic to ask for anything first, Ame used to shut the fuck down in collabs with her genmates. Ina I have no comments even, she's a busy girl and so is Mori. And Kiara is a numberfag, makes sense she collabed with VShoujo.

So in my mind, it all still boils down to personal preference.

She is there as one of recent graduates. If someone else announces their graduation soon they will be more likely.
The thing that gives Hana rrat here any legs despite the timeline is the ghost character in NijiEN3 which seems to have been precasted. I don't know how or why Hana would end up voicing a precasted NijiEN3 character but atm she is one of the only four known candidates and it's the only known role she could have graduated for if she hasn't completely quit. The possiblities I can come up with are she is someone's personal friend or she didn't pass the first auditions but Anykara had her in mind for future waves and was willing to settle it with Kawaii after she had proven herself as a streamer. Kanae is a famous case of Ichikara going out of their way to recruit a talent they rejected at first because they had a fitting character for them in a newer wave.

I'm under impression this is because she didn't ask for permission. And this is important because branches in other countries are usually daughter companies and have their own management, contracts and infrastructure. Letting in unauthorized people from another branch, de-facto another company, into your IT infrastructure poses a certain amount of risks that goes against both guidelines and perhaps even contracts with other talents as well.

Say Haachama signed shit to keep doxx-exploitable info secret for HoloJP infrastructure. What if she logs into HoloEN minecraft server and accidentally doxxes IP of other online players?

Now it's all allowed and I assume extra paperwork was needed for it to work.

Well the thing is people figured out that EN2 will debut around Halloween because of what's been said by the EN girls already and the designs all being halloween-like theming. 2 months is the same time frame that happened with all of the current ENs too. For hololive EN? It seems unlikely. The only two official vsingers are Irys and azki. I think it really depends on how things work out with Irys. If you just want to be a vsinger in a big corporation nijisanji can fit that bill, yumeoi, ryuushen and even Levi do pretty much the same thing that Azki and Irys does and regularly put out covers and original songs

Add to that that, like >>8584879 said, the male indie scene, which is where Anycolor seems to be focusing their search, doesn't seem to have many interesting or good candidated (certainly not of the level of the female members we have gotten and are speculated to get) and the fact that Anycolor seems to be looking for people that had/have a moderate to big amount of success and audience and connections to the existing talents and the chances that the males will debut this year become smaller and smaller.

Decent singers, entertainers etc. Don't feel like listing them because arguments always start over their quality but personally - I do feel there is some corporate quality gems out there. And as for popularity - Finana had less than 1k subscribers when she was scouted. The male wave will be fine and released on schedule.

True, to be honest I'm just trying to temper my expectations due to years of getting burned because I didn't keep them in check, better to underestimate and be pleasently surprised than overestimate and get a punch to the gut.
That and I honestly haven't stumbled upon too many interesting or outstanding indies, even though I'm sure there are some hidden stars out there (hence why I said that it seemed like there were no good indie males) but again, I rather not get my hopes out since there is no guaratee that those even bothered to audition, so yeah, I rather keep my expectations low and expect them until end of the year-begginning of next year, than lose sleep waiting for them to appear this year.
Besides, remember that Obsydia and Lazulight were from the same audition and Obsydia debuted months after Lazulight, so I wouldn't be surprised if the same happenned with wave 3 and 4.

to be honest the chance of her be in nijiEN is 50/50, the timing of her graduation is odd but when any talent from a middle size like Prism, Kawaii, Tsunderia retires, the logical choice is they only go up in the ladder, and there're only three companies above them. It's niji, vshoujo and hololive. Vshoujo just announced audition lately so they are out, she isn't holoEN2 so they are out as well, remaining only niji with the nearest audition to her graduation date. So it's either she retired for good or join nijiEN

I wouldn't be surprised to hear if mint/nova/lyrica all applied for NijiEN together originally but lyrica didn't make it and got through on her second try.
It'd explain why Pomu/Elira didn't do a collab with her or plan on, people would recognise her voice on debut and it'd be impossible to hide roommate shit. If they did collab it'd hurt her chances.

It could also make sense that Lyrica passed auditions and was agreed upon entering at a later Niji wave cus the current avatars didnt fit her and so the ghost girl was made for her. So essentially she'd be a delayed wave 1 debut.

Shannon has shown up on both of Mori Calliope's remix contest winners' streams. Hana is allegedly professionally-taught and I wouldn't be surprised if Shannon was too.

Haven't done my reps on Lyrica and Marie but what I've heard makes me feel like, if these 4 are our Wave 3, then Nijisanji have scouted some of the best singers available.

This isn’t a “if you are a male you can apply” they are specifically looking for them. Hololive literally has a male group and hasn’t done a specific audition for En versions of them at all.
