Because Nijisanji was outed as one of the worst companies to work for, Hololive must be similar (this is their reasoning).
It doesn't matter that the girls themselves specifically mention the reason for them leaving, nor does it matter that once they left, they have nothing bad to say about Hololive despite everything we learned about Nijisanji being from the talents who left them.
