Jungle: you kill neutral enemies around the map, you can gank the lanes to fight with a number advantage, you also take important objectives around the map, like the grubs, herald, dragon and nashor
Mid Lane: it's like the top lane, but since you're in the middle of the map everyone can come, supports can gank you, junglers can gank you, even you can move and roam to other lanes
ADC: you play a ranged character that can deal consistent damage on the bot lane, you share your lane with a support
Support: you go to bot lane with your adc, you can poke the enemy to lower their health, heal your ally, set up fights, this is usually how girlfriends play with their boyfriends (girl support and boy adc)
