1. Literally can't get a hold of the publish and dev since asking for perms is weird for most of them and the email probably gets ignored.
2. Some devs/publishers, mostly japanese ones are run by dinosaurs who don't understand viewers want to play teh same games as the streamer they are watching and will buy the game. They instead think they won't buy it because they can just watch it.
