she's fat, wearing clothes that dont fit her age, wearing a weird short hairstyle, giving an uncanny smile despite all this, using ^_^ as if she's much younger than she obviously isnt, and is putting up an attitude about only wanting praise and not honest feedback
given she's sitting in what looks like a chair for the disabled, the only one of these she has somewhat an excuse for is being fat if she cant exercise, and even then she could just eat less
