That's actually the Pekora which initially made popularity. Peko Getting Over It was like an entire arc in the early days, and brought a lot of people in to see a dumb rabbit go frosty on a rage game without dropping. Jump King's giving me some serious nostalgia.

It's pretty different from Kiara's deal here, where I'd be less entertained if she was stoic. Kiara's heart on her sleeve is part of what makes her actually enjoyable.

I don't think it was that great, but I respected she gave it a serious shot and she got pretty close.
That she had a meltdown towards the end is just Kiara being Kiara, whatever. I rather have that then her stopping to try tough challenges.

Enough is enough and I'm legitimately annoyed at how Kiara handled this whole thing.
She KNOWS that it's Ina's big day today and yet somehow still managed to have an episode right before her stream
If she did it because she's genuinely retarded, then that's just too much for me at this point. If she did it because she was starved for attention, then that's even worse
Either way, I'm taking a break from her after this, maybe a permanent one. I'll wait and see if she apologizes or handles herself better in the future, and then I might consider watching her again. But she can't just continue doing everything that comes to mind without thinking of the consequences for 2 seconds

Watch streams, like any of her streams.

First of all, she'll rebound from this quickly. Just because she got heated in the moment doesn't mean that she'll keep that grudge. I imagine tomorrow she'll have a big smile as she celebrates one year of successful streaming and she'll deal with Demise after all has transpired.
Second, you're acting like no one has ever gotten frustrated with a game to the point of shedding tears. I know I did, hell, I did it this year. Knowing that you can do something normally but still messing it up does terrible to your mental.
Finally, imagine overlapping an important event for your genmate and friend. Kiara knows that she's not above the others and just like they'll celebrate together with her, she wants to gove the same celebration to Ina. One thing I don't get is that why did she bring her anniversary stream a day forward, but that's just a small issue.

Never played LttP because my emulator kept crashing when I was a kid. Breath is my favorite but it gets really fucking repetitive. OoT might have been salvageable if they had better hardware but it's an average game propped up by nostalgia. The 2D games are better.

I don't understand why Kiara prioritizes all these arbitrary things over actually focusing on actually streaming. I like Ina but there's no reason she would have to go nuts over overlapping Ina other than it was some company order to not overlap her. Holos overlap all the time, and if anything people were gonna either multi stream both of them if not just abandon Kiara in favor of Ina. The only thing to worry about would be her personally wanting to watch Ina live, which at that point is a mater of putting Ina's stream as a priority over her own.
To get upset on stream over her own personal wants is just rude to everyone watching, like she doesn't even care about the game or even streaming. And I can only imagine she's not gonna stream her beating the game now since she probably doesn't even care to give the game closure. She was hardly caring about what was happening anyway. I like Kiara but I seriously can't stand when she does this shit to herself. it makes it borderline unwatchable and makes me question how she can even claim to like RPGs

But the most likely cause is that she wanted to end it today, set herself a time limited of 8 hours, cut down to 7.5 hours because of Nene's outfit reveal and in the end paniced and failed to defeat the final boss three times.

It's because her playthroughs are honestly soulless. She plays RPGs more so that she can say she "finished" them than just because of the RPGs themselves. She streams because she wants to say that she's streamed a lot, not because of any love for the craft.
To this day, I can't think of a single moment from any of her RPG streams where the game impacted Kiara in any way, or where Kiara synergized with the story/characters/music/whatever. All memorable moments are related to her interaction with her chat. Which is great, yes I love it that she connects with us so much, but it'd be good if she actually invested herself in something other than her fanbase every once in a while

This is what confuses me the most. There's no moral, legal or ethical obligation to finish every damn game she starts. It's not like Nintendo's ninjas are watching and will deny them permissions because she didn't finish one of the most disliked games.

Maybe it's just me, but the best way to respect people is to let them stand on their own two feet without you. Having someone stab themselves in the foot over you and then cry about it isn't really respect, it's just silly. Kiara hasn't even said anything during Ina's stream.
