I would disagree that "Bettel, Ruze and Hakka" do "pretty well", at most they carry their weight. And while it's true that Bettel does better than "some of the girls", his agency DEFINITELY does not justify their existence when Hololive could easily debut a below average new gen in either major branch (JP, EN) and likely have a higher revenue than the either holostar branch.
There is a reason Astel said harsh words about the commitment of his branch mates, it is because they definitely need to do much better to avoid being cast out as "irredeemable"
