Literally every other person who has reincarnated, the general is for the reincarnation, but this one it's always a Sana general like nothing has changed. I'm sure some people's excuse is "she's not a vtuber but we still want to make an excuse to talk about her here that will fool the mods" as if any of them give a shit, but that doesn't fly because everyone knows PNGtubers are still allowed here and that's what she's been doing.
In the end I'm pretty sure it's just the creepy thing that only the Holo fanbase does where they oshi the company over the streamer, because the Dooby and Nimi threads also continue to put Ame and Fauna in the OPs. Most people respect that a vtuber might not appreciate continuing to be publicly associated with an experience that brought her bad memories, but not Holo fans. Now obviously the way generals work is that they are consistently created by one person and any attempts to change the OP are pushed back on by that person so it is entirely possible that one extremely schizophrenic individual is responsible for every Holo general conveniently looking the exact same way, but that only works if everyone else is collectively willing to put up with it. So I'd say everyone shares the blame for the state of things. And I know things aren't going to change just because I said this, but I will express relief that I managed to avoid becoming a part of this cult.
