For example, I have my windows notification noise changed to this:

To note, I have everything disabled for windows notifications except Chrome- and the only notifications I have enabled for Chrome are Youtube/Twitter/Twitcast, and the only accounts I've enabled notifications for are Pekora and Rushia
I also do have it scripted to open the stream when the notification comes, so theoretically some of my views might not be "real", but I haven't actually missed a stream in a long time(as long as white noise at work counts)
