>>2228871I used to take a bunch of requests from this thread and, from my point of view, that picture is a bit of a tough sell for anyone to pick up and vector. The pose and details aren't particularly interesting to work on and the resolution being this small makes it tough to see any of the finer details like her eyes and sandals. Unless someone else has a strong attachment to the character or series, chances of a vector are slim.
If this picture matters enough to you then an alternative would be to find and commission a vector artist for some cash. Money can be a good motivator for this stuff. As for where to find said person, we had a group on deviant art with most people being active on that platform. Seeing how slow this thread has become, I'm not sure that many artists still check their own profile. There seems to be a discord group but I've not been on there so I have no info about it.
