I find the guys message to be true, i genuinely considered it for a while.
But that changed, because i did one thing, i locked the fuck in. I found a hobby (writing), got into contact with some childhood friends, reopened my bond with them, and because they had connections i found a gf as well.
The relationship didn't last, but what seemed impossible back then, well it happened.
My best advice is to completely ignore your thoughts, don't think, just do. Your brain when lonely will lead you to the darkest, most unbearable places. Your thoughts will fundamentally haunt you. Try new shit, fail, make mistakes, and those mistakes will make you human.
