Loved it! I normally hate being confused for the sake of being confused, but this one was the perfect amount of complexity for a crazy story with twists.

One of the best anime's I've seen till now. I love the crazy scientist thing^^ (well maybe because I want to be one myself). Even the concept about time travel wasn't totally fucked up, the best one I've seen so far. The 1% border thing was a bit obscure to me... Oh and I loved how they brought in some parody of japanese culture. Besides Mushishi the only anime I watched straight in two days time.

Wowzers! I really enjoyed it, despite some the goofy dialogue, many 'stop being a pervert scenes,' and shoehorned-in geek culture lines. The world and it's time travel rules were set up great I thought, and the characters were ones I got attached to.
