then go to terminal:
$ mkfontdir /usr/share/fonts/misc
if it still does not work, force a rescan:
# xset +fp /usr/share/fonts/misc
# xset fp rehash
tewi only works with pixelsize 11 and URxvt.letterSpace 0.
Also as a sidenote, seems like your letterspace is not working, it's still very wide in that pic
